It Ain’t Easy, But It’s Possible!
Our latest saying on our newest T-shirt drop! How do we like? Personally, I love this newest design and there’s multiple reasons for that love. One being the ‘it ain’t easy but it’s possible’ slogan and two being that they have our mission statement on them. It’s pretty on brand if you ask me.
If you’ve ever read our about me page then you know that we release clothing that represents us all, as humans, and we strive for it to spread a positive message and hopefully spark some conversations around the vast human experience.
Once I realized May is Mental Health Awareness month, this blog post came to mind.
It Ain’t Easy, But It’s Possible. I feel like that can be true for many things we go through and just life itself. Not every day is easy and for some, there are more hard days.
If you’re human, then you deal with the very beautiful and messy thing we call mental health. Everyone deals with it so let’s talk about it.
When it comes to my personal experience, it definitely ain’t easy and I find myself saying that often. Mental health is hard. Fighting those inner battles is hard. Trying to stay afloat is hard. It’s especially hard when you’re fighting a battle many don’t even want to talk about.
But it’s normal. Mental health is so normal and many people struggle with it. From depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, personality disorders, and many more. We all deal with some range of mental health. Even if you don’t need medication for it, even if you’re ok most of the time, or even if you think it’s not that bad, you’re still dealing with mental health. It’s just a part of being human.
Ya know we all have different thresholds to what we feel is easy and what we feel is too much to handle. All our experiences are different and therefore we feel differently. You may not understand what someone else is going through but what you can do is understand that it ain’t easy for them. What you can do is listen, just listen. You can also just be kind.
And for my mentally strugglin’ baddies, I know it ain’t easy, but it’s possible!
And if I’m being honest, I didn’t realize May was Mental Health Awareness month. But the fact that the T-shirt drop landed around the same time May was starting, just seems like a sign to me. I hope it serves as one for you too.
It Ain’t Easy, But It’s Possible.
And remember We Are All Human!
