We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any other reason than a product arriving damaged.
If a product arrives damaged, you must request an exchange within 5 days from the day your order was delivered. Include photos of the damaged product when requesting an exchange.
Item(s) must be unused, in their original condition with tag(s) attached.
Once we receive your damaged product and inspect it, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
If accepted, you will receive store credit. Store credit has no expiration date.
Return shipping costs are not compensated.
